Ballet Recital

Hunter and Halle had a ballet recital last night. Hunter was a fairy and Halle was a pixie. They did a great job. Thank heaven for little girls that love dance. I could watch them dance every day all day long. Wait, I do watch them dance every day all day long.
Sweet little fairy-
Sweet little pixie-

So shy.

Hunter and Mckynlie
Purple bats or purple devils, you decide.

Halle wouldn't stop and pose for me, either she is too shy or embarassed of her mother yelling at her to "pose for the camera!"

Halle and her friends at school.

Carving Pumpkins

The girls got busy carving their pumpkins. Jason broke out the power tools.

Disney Land 2009

We love Disney Land. We went there for Fall Break this year.

We went with the Edwards; Terry, Margot, Isaac, Luke and Zane. They also brought a good friend Easton with them. Margot's brother Max was there with his wife Anna, Maddy, Enzo and Tater. The odds were with the girls and they loved it! Those poor boys can't get away from my girls.

The kids had there face painted and loved showing off their new tats.

This is Hunter and Easton on the Safari boat ride. The poor man driving the boat had the same jokes as last year. I don't think I could say the same jokes over and over, year after year.

This is what the guys did a lot. They had to stay connected to the real world.
Whatever it takes.

This is Thunder Mountain Railroad. It is my favorite ride. The kids loved it too!

We were having some bad luck the last day we were there. We went on Pirates of The Carribean and as we went to get on the boat it was stopped for some reason and they didn't know when it would start again. So, we went to California Adventure. We did Soaring and then went for the Grizzly Rapids. As we got in line for that ride they informed us that the ride was broken. We were so HOT and tired and we just wanted to get wet. So, after checking back and forth for 4 hours we finally found out it was running. So, we got in line and called on the cell phone to tell the rest of our group that the ride was running. Halle was in Bugs Land with Margot and Halle wanted to ride Grizzly Rapids. Being the good mom that I am I sprinted to the other side of the park and grabbed Halle and drug her to Grizzly Rapids. We make it just in time. Yeah for me! I should win a prize or something.

Now all the kids are delirious. Isn't this the happiest place on earth or what?

P.S. It was so busy. I love the decoration at Halloween time, but obviousely so does everyone else. That will definately be our last Halloweeen trip to Disney Land.

One last time on Thunder Mountain.

Jason looks a little frantic. He loves to be in a crowed of people going no where! HELP!

This is Hunter and me on "Screaming". Hunter was an animal on this trip. Peer Pressure.

If your wondering how early we left for home well the winning time is . . . 4:00am. Jason and I were so proud of ourselves. I don't know if that was a smart of an idea we were chugging diet coke like nobody's business. We did make it home in great time though. We almost made it home in time for church.
