Baby Quilt

Halle learned to iron in her sewing class a few weeks ago. So, I put her to work. She loves it. She also loves her new belt she got for Valentines day. She is so fashionable.

This is my first baby quilt. Don't get excited it's not for me it's for Hunter and Halle's dance teacher Jamie. She is having a girl so I decided to go wild and make her a quilt.

I am turning into an old lady. I guess this is what you do when your kids go to school all day and you don't want to volunteer at the school everyday. The teachers at the school probably think I'm a stalker.

Science Fair and Sewing

Hunter and Halle have a new obsession with Legos. They play with them for hours. Hunter needed to put down the Legos and work on her Science Project.

Halle is taking up a new hobby. She is now enrolled in a sewing class. Watch out Project Runway!

Hero Day

Halle is sporting the "Lawyer Look". She is dressed like her dad for "Hero Day". She would make a great lawyer. She is pretty quick and smart, like her . . . MOTHER!

Hunter is sporting the "80's Look". Finally someone dressed like their mother for "Hero Day". I was getting tired of everyone dressing up like Jason. I don't think I ever dressed like this though, maybe she was still dressing like Jason for "Hero Day".

Benefit Concert

The girls had a concert last weekend. They helped raise money for a family in need. The dad has a brain tumor and isn't doing well. It made me think how lucky we are to have a healthy and happy dad!

Jason recently had his cholesterol checked and his body fat counted for some "health thing" at work. He came home last night and lets just say he bragged just a little. We celebrated with peanut M&M's, no ice cream though, we are cutting back.
