Halle's Birthday Extravaganza!

Halle woke up early to "get the party started".

Halle and her friends Paisley and Micaela (Bryty was sick) were invited to the party.

The girls ate lunch at Arctic Circle and then played on the playground.

We then went to Build A Bear workshop where the girls made cute bears and koalas.

After Build a Bear we went swimming at the A.F. pool. If you have a weak stomache skip this paragraph. There were so many people when we first walked in I thought they must be handing out free food or something. There were so many people I just about got sick. Then they closed down the big pool because of .... POOP! So, all the teenagers came into the lazy river. Where we had taken cover. While I was getting smacked around by annoying teenagers a mom was holding her child. The child did not have on a plastic swim diaper cover-up. How did I know that, because I saw POOP, spilling over the top of the diaper and coming out both legs. Not pebbles, I mean runny POOP! It was spilling over the edge and dropping into the pool, that I was swimming in. So, the last place we could go for cover was the Kiddy Pool. Where there were over 200 toddlers in diapers. Do you think that there was any poop in there? After I told the kids to swim with their mouths closed I couldn't take it any more, we left. As we were walking out of the pool area we stopped by the office and asked for a rain check (like I'm ever going back) a mom was holding her toddler and he threw up about an inch away from our feet. Seriously! We went straight home and into the shower. I can't even think about it without wanting to scream and take another shower.

Then....

We went to dinner and had pizza.
I know that sounds sick after the pool experience, but we love food!

Halle has decided she doesn't like cake so she wanted to have donuts for her birthday. Who doesn't like a huge donut.

We had a great day filled with surprises! Thanks for the gifts and all the phone calls.

Hunters Baptism

Halle can't wait to get baptized. She even has the "Rainbow" song memorized so that when she turns 8 she can sing it at her baptism.
Hunters baptism turned out great. She was so excited to be baptized. She said that receiving the Holy Ghost was like having a birthday. We are very proud of her. Hunter is a great example to her sister.
