Girls Trip to Seattle

  



The girls were super excited to go on a 3 day girls trip to Seattle for Mckynlies B-day.

After arriving in Seattle we went to eat.  It was super good.  I was trying to be wild and crazy so I went with the fish tacos.  Hunter had the usual, chicken fingers.  It was Delicious!



 After arriving at Grandma Jeans house we had a little sparkling cider and birthday cupcakes.



We got up early the next day for a day of touring Seattle.

Lunch at the Space Needle.

We went on a Duck Tour.  We toured around Seattle and then we went to the bay and toured around.  Seattle is usually cool, it was 80 degrees.  We were all in sweaters and we were dying!

So, after the Duck Tour we found this awesome fountain and the girls cooled off!  It was the coolest fountain ever.  The people in Highland would have gone nuts for it. 

The girls are feeling much better now.



The next morning the moms went for a walk and the girls dressed up for the "Cabin Breakfast".



This is a cabin on the property we were staying at.  It was so pretty.  The girls dressed up and were posing like poor, hungry pioneer children.  They were so excited for oatmeal and scones. 



After a pioneer breakfast we got showered and ready for the day.  Paisley was the driver of the 12 passenger van.  She did a great job driving around Seattle. 



This is Hunter at the gum wall.  It was so disgusting.  There was a bunch of newly married couples getting their wedding pictures taken in front of the gum wall.  So Sad!



We got up early Sunday morning and went to church on the way to the airport.  It was regional conference and we were lucky enough to listen to Elaine Dalton. It was awesome.  Then we changed in the van and sped off to the airport.

We had a blast.  It was one of the best vacations ever.  I would love to do this every year. The girls were great together, the moms partied more than the girls know, and Grandma Jean was the best host ever.  

I would highly recommend doing this!
