Kindergarten Graduation

This is Halle with her teacher Mrs. Williams. She was such a great teacher. If I had another child I would hope that he would have her for his teacher. She was awesome.

This is the proud mother and her sweet daughter. I can't believe she is going to be in 1st grade.

These are the boys in our neighborhood that we carpooled with. They were so excited to be in the same class with each other.

The Kindergarten program was so adorable. They were all so cute and happy. Halle had a part at the end of the program "We will have a short reception following". We practiced her part 50 times. She did a great job!

Teddy Bear Picnic

Kindergarten is so much fun. They do so many fun things. This is Halle and her friends at the Teddy Bear Picnic.

Halle loves to hoola hoop. She has skills. If she decides to do the Miss America pageant this could be her talent.

We are still working on the jump rope. By the end of the day I was so exhausted and the first thing Halle said when she got home was,"who can I play with?"

Camping

We decided to go camping last week. I remember camping when I was little. It was so much fun. We would go up by Aspen Grove. My parents would let us ride our bikes 90 miles an hour to the bottom of the mountain. I think if we tried it today with our kids we would be turned in to DCFS.

Hunter is a pyro maniac. That girl would not leave the fire alone. It was 90 degrees outside and she was building a fire. She gave herself the name "Fire Maker".

Maybe camping will help us get along better and love each other more. That is the plan!

Hunter turns 9!

I don't have any pictures on my computer of Hunter when she was little so, here are a few that I found.

She is growing up so fast. She is a great daughter, sister and friend. It is fun seeing her grow up. She is always happy and excited to do anything and everything. Hunter really loves to get dirty and make messes. She also loves to dress up and look pretty.

We made it!

When winter starts I just think in my head . . . Only 5 long months until the "tulips". Yeah for me, I made it to the tulips! Now it's time for Summer. Yippee!

The dangling tooth or teeth?

Halle came home from Lance's B-day party determined to have her tooth out that night. It was hanging by a thread. She asked Jason to pull on it and he did so hard that it came out. She was super excited after it stopped bleeding.

The following Monday, Halle said her other tooth was loose. We all thought it would come out in a few days. Then all of the sudden a tooth goes flying across the dinner table. It was Halle's second tooth in one week. She is super tough and decided to pull it out herself. She's tough like her dad not her mom or sister.

My baby is getting old. When kids start loosing their teeth, they seem to grow up too fast. Pretty soon she'll be in college. OH MY!
